today was supposed to wake up go blading-i heard e alarm,went toilet, then came back to sleep!v tired..making excuses for myself. tt's e disadvantage of not having another person to blade w-cos u wun force urself to wake up n go ecp haha!
no exercise+gd food for the next few days=shan evolving into an obese fat ball! :(
