PIGGY ME HAS EATEN SO MANY COOKIES TT I BAKED TODAY!!!!!!!!!

i'm so delirious w joy to announce tt today's e happiest day of my mid sem break!life's too filled w nothingness tt i've got nth much to boast abt ;P

heehee today went for baking class at hotel rendevous!organised by SMU gourmet club :) i really tink tt it's such a wonderful club n if NUS has CN7 will be like e 1st to sign up n prolly run e club haha!cos we can go n EAT EAT EAT n learn how to appreciate wat we eat, learn how to cook!food excites me :)

yup so there we were at e kitchen in a hotel, q an eye opener cos i nv entered e kitchen of a hotel b4!so today we baked choc chip cookies and white choc+macadamia(my fav nut!) cookies! :) ooooohhhh YUMMY!1 thing muz say is tt SMU pple really dress better..if i wear wat they wear to skool pple will prolly ask me if i'm gg out!(i wear skirt den pple ask me if i gg out -_____-'''' )n e guy in my grp q gentlemanly la haha!back to e topic...
1 funny thing!cos muz use mass balance to weigh the ingredients rite?den there's our fav TARE button. so of cos being engineers we noe exactly how to use it..so whilst there was a lot of confusion there on e TARE button me n diana were explaining to our grp mates how to use HAHAHAH!they muz b tinking how come their fellow 'business' frens r so familiar w e mass balance! (i suddenly tot of dis question tt qinzhen asked during viva n it concerns mass balance :P )

den we r so ks we added more vanilla essence, more choc chips, more macadamia nuts, more white choc chips-essentially more of everything haha!n we somemore keep eating e choc chips n say wanna tapao home!

anyway all e mixing of ingredients, rolling e dough, moulding em into lil disgusting shapes, eating choc chips etc was v fun!really helped to relieve stress n make dis mid term break more like e break tt was intended. e in-charge was v nice as well, nice to talk to!

yupyup i tot it was a gd job done!*pat on e back* so much so tt me n diana told her tt next time got any more cooking classes pls let us noe!we gate crashers haha! :)

n piggy us went to eat ichiban!i realised tt ichiban sushi has v creative sushi tt's unique to em. i'd rather eat there if i wanna eat ala-carte lor!e price is e same but e variety is wide n special!

sending zs off was a full-of-laughter event! *nv say flight delay den i can watch last 15min of my show :P *

yupyup all in all joy starts floating back into my life :) temporarily
