last evening's bahasa indonesia project presentation nite was a great chance to really immerse urself in e culture n reminds u of e joy of learning another language. i tink tt all language modules shd haf a nite like dis..can u imagine if it's german presentation nite?den i can eat rosti, bratwurst n more!haha!i've nv lost e interest in learning german.

coincidentally i was sitting beside dis german exchange student so i was talking to her. german culture is diff from SG, from wat i interpreted, most uni students there hafta work n study at e same time to earn their skool fees, besides e gov grant for their education. she's so indpt n brave!she's travelled alone to australia n recently south east asian countries to immerse in e culture. i mentioned tt i wanted to learn german n she said e best way to learn a language would be to go to e country itself-forces u to learn e language isn't it! ;P

haha anyway it's q fun to talk to strangers n learn sth frm em at times!provided e stranger's not some creepy person!
